i read the dailymail story on this. it's sad, not because he lost the ability to function, but because he can't afford the £900 operation to replace the lost section of his skull. so without that protection, he risks instant brain damage if his head was to get jarred for any reason.
so, yea... rumania... i guess there's at least one other country with a health care system as poor as the US'. i don't think obamacare remotely fixed it, either.
