Some of these have been explained, like the crystal skulls being a hoax or using grinding techniques to get stones to fit perfectly.
As for the rest I think scholars today are way too arrogant and label ancient cultures as too "primitive" to have advanced technology. There are always people who are way a head of their time, like Da Vinci or Tesla. It's whether or not the rest of the people are smart enough to listen to their ideas.

our dislike of ambiguity makes us uneasy with this stuff. at the same time, we enjoy a pleasing illusion.
#6 this one is not much of an illusion to me. as in, if you can make a paper airplane today, you could have made one many thousands of years ago out of various materials. from there, all one needs is the imagination to conceive a larger model that could carry a person. even if they never actually flew, ancient peoples could have made such models many times across history.
#11 what happened to the technology? one theory is that the inventor was killed by the romans IIRC. his name was archimedes of syracuse.
