great ideas, interesting articles but needs more information, and, as usual, absolutely no idea about geography in picture 8, that is not Mexico, it has to be in Peru or Bolivia.

exactly my thought.
Zeer Pot Fridge. The refrigerator consists of one earthenware pot nestled inside a second larger pot, with a layer of sand in between. It works by evaporative cooling.
