Pamela owed nearly $500,000 in state taxes and was rumored to owe another $1.7 Million in federal taxes. Pamela was known to have expensive tastes but didn’t have the deep pockets to back up the lavish expenditures. In 2013 Pamela put her Malibu beach house on the market to settle her debt.
