#12 Quality not high enough to prove the "theory" - the resolution and JPG artefacts are getting in the way of measuring the RGB values...

suggest looking up a higher-quality version if you really want to measure. google image match, etc.
The two orange circles are exactly the same size.
The one on the left seems smaller. This is known as the Ebbinghaus Illusion.
