#12 Quality not high enough to prove the "theory" - the resolution and JPG artefacts are getting in the way of measuring the RGB values...

suggest looking up a higher-quality version if you really want to measure. google image match, etc.
Watch this spinning dancer for awhile. Is she spinning clockwise or counterclockwise? Does she change direction?
