Gavin Paslow, from Kent, England, also known as the Diablo Delenfer spent 10,000 pounds ($16,700) on body modifications to look like a devil. His body modifications include but are not limited to: forked tongue, razor sharp fangs, horns and metal Mohawk. He has even tattooed his eyeballs!
