obviously per year, which isn't all that terrible for a top uni.

anyway, these people are pretty silly for not installing / converting those beds to bunk-style.

rent is per semester.
besides that, this "story" is nearly 4 years old !

well shut my mouth... per semester! but that's prolly why so many in that area live in group houses and such.
