Ohio dad, Nathan Steffel, posted a request online for a picture of his six week old daughter Sophia to he altered. Sophia died due to medical complications without ever leaving the hospital and his request was for someone to help remove the tubes from the photo of her. The response he received from Reddit users was incredibly moving.
