He has covered his face and parts of his body with random words in different sizes. He openly admits that his goal is to be the “most famous man in the world”. Currently he is aspiring to be a model but has not been offered any contracts and even his parents don’t want to speak to him anymore.

I'm no psychiatrist (but I have played one on TV) but it appears this guy has a self-image problem. He is striving to be the center of attention but has no idea why he is not and thinks being outrageous is the solution to his attention deficit issues.
