#7 is a lie, at least for me. I keep doing it over and over after reading this without even trying. It is easy to swallow, may be it is because I had my uvula removed (that dangling thing in the back of the throat) either way I can do it.

#8 here's a handy fact... "insure" is grammatically incorrect. I believe the ass out of which the author pulled this "fact" was actually searching for the word "ensure".
