On the very first picture, I wonder how the doctor actually became one. Diabetes is not a diseas, it is a condition/symptoms that a person has. I have a daughter 7 years old that is a diabetic. She was the youngest diagnosed diabetic in South Africa at the time, at the age of 1 1/2 years old back then!

Yet it is still something that should be mentioned when you see a doctor. So he's not entirely wrong to react in such a way.
