You can thank idiots for watching reality TV. Networks only care about money, all other concerns are a distant second. Idiots watch reality TV, reality TV made a lot of money, so now you have shitty reality TV shows all the time. I said "fuck it" years ago and dropped cable TV. Haven't watched TV at home in several years now and when I do catch TV when I'm in a hotel or wherever I can't stand to watch it because it's all so fucking horrible.
