After seeing this post, ree and channax decided to do this using used condoms. They thought it would be a good and inexpensive way to fight STD.
The “Adopt a Kiosk” program started in 2009 allowed citizens to turn red telephone boxes into anything they wanted. This one is a book lovers dream!
