Pretty mixed bag here; who says which of these are untrue? Some of them are demonstrably true, which kindof dilutes the story.

Agree, it is a well know fact that a vitamin deficiency aids a illness like a cold, i have found taking orange juice during a cold has helped.
Are they trying to say the whole scientific community is wrong because maybe one person in the world says so?
