Found one just like this at a dollar store a long time ago. Crap metal so the screw driver metal bends and the head of the hammer snapped off after a few uses. If it was actually built with quality materials it could have been a fairly decent tool.

you can tell from the pics it's crappy metal and will quickly fall apart.
even made of high-grade steel alloy i would think the shock stress of hammering would eventually break down the main thread assembly.
