That's because the German one is made by adults using computerized CAD machines and the Chinese one was made by a 10 year old Chinese girl using a ruler, a file, and some sandpaper.

he's basically saying - this one is made in china, this one in germany (at 0.07 he says 'deguo zhizao de' - made in germany).
