I doubt if some of those pictures are real. I don't think that SEALS would toss their weapons in a pile. These look more like drug cartel confiscations.

I would imagine it's either a training or spare parts/repair bin.

That's the repair bin for weapons going back to the depot for repair/overhaul. It's what I used to do for a living. (Navy Gunner's Mate)
