When you eat out with a knife and a fork, you either do it properly - never spreading the elbows - or you simply need to adjust your table manners.
Once Austrian officers-to-be used 2 books for that - they were to put them under each arm so that the books don't slip out while they eat. The chick in the picture simply has disgusting table manners, left-handed or not.

w-h-a-t???? A custom-made guitar?
Are you too stupid to manually re-set the strings in a reversed way? McCartney did that when he was a schoolboy. And the pickguard is needed much less often than it seems.
#8 since the time when a child was first taught how to use the fork with his non-dominant hand, there is no real problem to train your "non-dominant nand". In fact, it's up to you, how ambidextrous you can become.
#11 left hand for the mouse, hah, piece of cake. The same with lefthanders and the right hand.
#12 poor kids. Left-handed soccer balls and baseball bats are so expensive.

Properly setting your table means everything is on the exact opposite side of where you need it.
