22 year old Chinese student Dim Xiong Chien wanted his marriage proposal to his girlfriend Cong Yen to be really special and planned to use fireworks. He lit the fireworks and went to fetch his girlfriend but sparks fell on the grass next to his college gym and caused a massive fire with flames reaching as high as 3 meters.
