Clearly a violation of the 1st amendment. He didn't do anything but make a record. No crime in that, even if it is shitty music he has the right to make and sell it.
Tiny Doo has been in jail for five months because of a picture that was used on his album cover, which has made police believe he is part of a gang conspiracy.
