Saw basically the same thing in SF Fisherman's Wharf. Lady in a wheelchair. Later wheels herself to a side street where her BF is waiting with a car. She gets up, folds the chair and walks around to the passenger door.

it's a MIRACLE !
This man was seen begging on the streets of Wenling City, Zhejiang and rolled around on a four-wheel skateboard while playing sad songs from a tape recorder and collecting money from strangers. Suddenly he gets to his feet and packs everything in his bag before he waits patiently at the bus stop to go home. WTF?
