#11 If I'm not mistaken, Toyota offers an option on some cars for a solar powered vent fan to help keep your car cool while it's parked.

my 2004 E55 AMG has that option, 2 cars offered that since 2004, the Mayback and the E55 AMG.

And that is BS folks!
A true AC unit needs 3-5hp~2-3kW to operate.
The radiation from the sun at noon is @1200W/m2 under optimum conditions.
So for a car AC to work 100% under sunlight then the recieving area needs to be at least 2½-3½m2, annnd that aint happening on a normal car, sorry. Extend that to morning and afternoon then the area doubles easily.

For you imperial handicapped folks it is a shitload of power from a field full of solar panels and that aint fittin any old car!
