Actually, Lion Sands is one of many 5-star lodges inside the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. In addition to Lion Sands' "regular" lodges which are permanent brick-and-mortar structures, they have 3 different tree-houses which can be booked on a per-night basis over and above your stay (of which ranges anywhere between $1000 - $2500 pppn). The tree-houses are unfenced, so the chances of big game like elephant, buffalo, lion, and leopard roaming below your tree-house, although small, is there.

Pictured is the Chalkley's Treehouse, which runs at around $380 pppn extra, which includes a tappas-style dinner.

Disclaimer: Getting laid is not guaranteed, although certainly implied.
