the only place this could possibly matter is in japan, and even then you're considered a gaijin anyway, and so it still doesn't matter.

I like the jiaozi (Chinese dumplings) with mustard. And most of the Chinese just find it funny. etiquette is for gays, nazis and jews... and bad people.
