It has a master bedroom with a Queen size bed on one end and 4 bunk beds on the opposite end of the shelter with a door that closes so guests can go to sleep while the others sit up and watch tv in the den. The walk-in shower and toilet are behind a private bulkhead. In the middle is a spacious den with a 4 person fixed dinner table, 60" desk and a reclining couch and entertainment center with 46" big screen tv that sits on top of a large electric fireplace. This shelter has a larger kitchen with cabinets, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and laminated oak flooring. Custom Floor plans available.

This may keep you safe from atmospheric and radiation dangers but not from other people. And where is ventilation, water storage, electricity, waste storage ?

Prices for these start at $50k, about the price for a nice car. They don't seem like millionaire prices to me.
