It really doesn't cost to much to get the car cleaned up and running again after putting it into a lake. Just have to pull the interior and dry/deodorize it. Change oil and coolant. Drain old gas and change filter. Change air filter. Pull the plugs and turn the motor over. Then you should be fine, unless it was salt water, then you are f@cked.
