Then why the hell does the IOC give the "honor" to third world toilets like Rio? Give to well -developed nations that already show they have the infrastructure to support it. If a third rate country wants to host, they to show they the infrastructure ALREADY IN PLACE, not just promise to build.

Because the IOC is a corrupt body and Rio lined their members' pockets the most during the "selection" process.
In February, thousands of dead fish were found in Guanabara Bay. Fish die-offs are also common in Rio's Rodrigo de Freitas Lake, where the Olympic rowing competitions will be held.
