#1 - Been around for a long, long time. Back in the late '50s and early '60s, it was a common sandwich food used for school lunches. #6 - From the south my old fat bohonkus... Done right there.
Most of these are actually quite good. Beats the hell out of the raw fish and other assorted slimy things eaten in Asia and definitely better than anything I was ever served in England.
meatloaf and the Cincinnati Chili actually look good (chili with far less cheese please) . i wouldn't even consider eating the other things, tho ... absolutely gross. unhealthy and/or chemic.
