Or you could stop the bullshit, and say that actually the only part of vodka that does all of that is the alcohol. simply because alcohol is a basic solution that can act like a solvant on most solveable matters.

Most of that can be achieved by using diluted rubbing alcohol. It costs less and you're not wasting perfectly good vodka.
