Maybe America should make a case study on Portugal!
They legalised all drugs 11 years ago and spent the "saved" money on helping the addicts. They now have only @ half the amount of drug users as before the legalisation.
I mean your war on drugs are going so great right?

Chickenthief, I am Portuguese and that's not exactly as it seems.
Not all drugs are legalized and the amount you carry cannot be more than 2 doses (usage). Caught with cocaine, even one dose, your F@cked!!! Don't believe in everything you read ;)
