#15 should read "notoriously bad tippers" because otherwise they wouldn't know they received a bad tip until after the meal was served.

Now, here's the kicker; if a private shop places a special order but goes out of business, that order goes on sale at half-price to the public. Same for any stock being discontinued or with an approaching expiration date.
