Exactly. The media IS the problem. The media is what inflames people into rioting, baiting racism.

The media does indeed play things out to their preferences but... there has to be a common sense level, too. Multiple street gangs don't have to join just to burn and loot.
Chances are that Baltimore's efforts to reverse itself back into a place where people want to call home, has been... at best, damaged and at worst, shot to heII.
The gangstas need to find a new cultural directive to where they gain respect by working and earning and caring...
