meh... other than his saggy neck, i'd say he looks pretty good for a 52yr-old man. not sure why he keeps his hair so short, tho.
EDIT: i can feel for the guy after reading his WP page. it seems his sexuality was a huge, stressful issue that he had to hide for a long time. also, he's mainly a heavy cannabis user, which is pretty much the most harmless street drug out there. i doubt that alone had much impact on his looks.
