Gilley’s might have one of the bettwe names on this list (the PM Lunch comes from the fact that it used to sell burgers to folks working the night shift), and unquestionably one of the best burgers in the Granite State. This is all thanks to Steve Kennedy’s super-thin, griddled patties seared with just the right amount of peppery bite.
