i'm beginning to hate these new movies and they haven't even come out yet(!)

the original trilogy did it right IMO...... first came the product, THEN came the marketing and toys.

they're obviously taking advantage of the rabid consumer market for a beloved franchise, nostalgia, revivals and the collectors market. in terms of economics it's a bit of a perfect storm, i think.
