#15 that is just common sense cause of the chances to get robed in BR
#16 makes sense. Not just for trips but most of what u want to do, telling your plans makes you wander in the future and get the feeling of being already there and it gets u down when the reality diverge the expectation.

China, the four is read si (more like se) and it's exactly the same sound as "die".
In China they are very funny with the numbers. But to be honest that situation was more common around 10 years ago. Now they are not so idiotic.
Another one of China, you can't cut your hair in the month after Chinese new year or your uncle (brother of your mother) will die. They call it "the head of the dragon".
More numbers:
3 8 which is may the 8th (international day of the working women) is how you refer to a woman who likes gossip. Read sanba.
250 means stupid. Don't know why. But it has come to 2 meaning less than stupid.
