Chen Yan Xi, 27, is a Chinese engineer who loves cars so much that he decided to build one himself. It took him just over half a year and cost $4600 (£3,000) to build but it can only reach a max speed of 37 miles per hour since the motor is also home made. He showcased his creation at the 2015 Hainan International Automotive Industry Exhibition and it is definitely pretty impressive.
