I believe in (What ever A and B are doing is no concern of C or anyone else in the world. Even if they are harming each other, As long as it is consent, C should not have any saying. As in no even state should be able to interfere with what A and B want to do).
So unless the teacher or the students had any complaints it was unjust.

yeah well, here's a problem with that-- if the teacher has a complaint, then it's a problem of their own making. the law cannot and will not side with the teacher in that case.
...which means that every time a teacher-student sexual union happens, a risky situation is created which could harm both parties, plus the institution and community.
but i agree with you that it's kind of a shame... that love can't just run it's own course. then again, if women are allowed this privilege, then men must be allowed also... which creates even riskier situations, you know?
