Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang. First problem solved. Their parents need a major smackdown too.
Teacher was either very demoralized & unempowered, or was self defensive. The system they're in probably doesn't help either. She needs a metric ton of self esteem and a big zero tolerance attitude.

What a shame.... the only positive thing I see is that all this little crap won't even be able to work for Mc Donald when they will be on their own.
