This has nothing to do with translation "what it means" describes the meaning of a saying.

For example the translation of #4 is more or less correct ("A healthy (person) does not know how rich he is" would be a little bit better)

“Ο πνιγμένος, από τα μαλλιά του πιάνεται.” (Greek)

What it actually means: “A drowning man will clutch at a straw.”
