Why it is absurd:
1) Mars doesn't have and it will never have any atmosphere
2) Mars has much lower gravity, you will not be able to move back.
3) There is absolutely nothing interesting on Mars. No resources, no species, nothing worth moving to Mars.
If really you want to live on dry frozen empty desert, there are many Mars-like places on Earth.
