This footage was filmed in southwestern Ukraine. When Ivan Pitukh noticed a toddler going towards the road with speeding traffic, he didn't hesitate for a second to go after the toddler to save him. Miraculously enough, both a 4-year-old toddler and a 30-year-old man stayed alive with just minor injuries.
