Fred and Rose West - This truly horrific couple, killing ten British girls (one of them their own daughter) and one four-year-old boy over their near 20 years of mayhem. Fred would rape most of the girls, with the help of Rose, and would dismember and bury their bodies in the backyard. They were only caught when a videotape of Fred raping one of his daughters was found.
