In 2006, in New York’s FAO Schwarz toy store, pastry chef Alain Roby secured a World Record for the world’s tallest chocolate sculpture. The Hyatt Regency Chicago chef created a 20-foot 8-inch replica of three iconic New York skyscrapers: Rockefeller Centre, the Empire State Building, and the Chrysler Building. The cocoa creation required 2,200 pounds of chocolate and was unveiled as part of Food TV's Guinness World Record Breakers Week.
