There are 13 cities on the list and all of them are in Europe. The ranking is made based on the best balance between people's work and their leisure time. It takes into account the number of hours that people work per week and per year along with the number of days they take on holidays.

The Memorial Day Muscle Beach competition began yesterday at Venice Beach in Los Angeles. These bikini babes came there to participate in the contest.
Matthew Carroll started to note all of the funny things his toddler daughter was saying. He found them really amusing and five years later there were enough of such sayings to put together a book. He called it "Can I Sit On Your Lap While You're Pooping?" Here are some of the funny bits:
