Young Paulk tasted success for the first time when he got recognition for his voice-over job for hip hop artist M.C. Hammer’s “Hammerman” in 1991. His appearances on “Thea” (1994), and “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” (1994) also got him noticed. But it was the TV series “Moesha” (1996-2001) that gave Paulk the real stardom.
