Blaire Haney from Connecticut who is now 23, hit almost 140 kg (308lbs) by the time she was 19. She said she often kept eating until she “passed out.” For her 4 burgers and a large portion of fries were just a snack she would take every day. She also confessed that at the peak of her unhealthy food obsession she heard voices in her head telling her to “go to McDonalds.”
In a final bid to battle her weight and addiction she dropped out of college and went to a special rehab for food addicts and got a gastric bypass which helped her to lose an incredible nine dress sizes. She had also a procedure to remove fat from her arms. Blaire has no regrets about it. She feels healthy and has finally found a way to love her body.
