Amy-Louise Allen is a 31-year-old shoe designer from London. Over the past 20 years she has spent almost $40,000 (£30,000) on Hello Kitty stuff. After she watched a cartoon with the famous white cat at the age of 11, she simply fell in love with it. That’s when all this Hello Kitty craze began. Her apartment is decorated and filled with 5,000 items of Hello Kitty merchandise including clothing, bags, bedding, cuddly toys and crockery. Amy-Louise has been learning the Japanese language for 2 years now and hopes to move to Japan one day.
