Missing...#15.... After winning 8 medals in a row got caught on camera smoking a bong full of cannabis. Proving you can smoke weed AND win medals (actually, more medals than any one, ever...)
And three years later he set a national record for his age group in the 100-meter fly.
His time was 1:08.54.
